The connected partner ecosystem

The quoting engine for HVAC distribution.

Aeridian matches equipment into AHRI-rated systems, prices them from your distributor price file, and turns them into a quote a dealer can sign — in minutes, not an afternoon.

The problem

Every quote starts in five different places.

A territory manager building one system bounces between a ratings directory, a price spreadsheet, spec-sheet PDFs, accessory charts and rebate rules. It’s slow, and small mistakes become wrong quotes.

Ratings lookups

Hunting for which indoor and outdoor units form a certified match.

Wrong match → wrong rating

Price spreadsheets

Cross-referencing SKUs against a flat file that changes every season.

Stale price → lost margin

Spec sheets

Opening PDFs for dimensions, electrical data and clearances.

Missed spec → callback

Accessory guesswork

Remembering which heat kit, pad and line set go with which cabinet.

Missing part → second trip

Rebate rules

Checking efficiency tiers and tax-credit eligibility by hand.

Unclear savings → stalled sale
How it works

Match. Price. Send.

Aeridian joins the manufacturer’s certified ratings with your distributor pricing, so every system on screen is both rated and priced before anyone asks.

Step 1 · Match

Start with the job, not the part number.

Enter tonnage, system type and a few site details. Aeridian returns only combinations with a matching AHRI reference.

  • AC, heat pump and furnace pairings
  • Communicating and standard air handlers kept distinct
  • SEER2, EER2 and HSPF2 on every result

// what the TSM asks for{  "system": "split_heat_pump",  "tons": 3,  "air_handler": "communicating",  "min_seer2": 15.2,  "heat_kit_kw": 10}
Step 2 · Price

Priced from your file, not a guess.

Your distributor price file loads once. Every matched system is priced automatically, with the accessories it actually needs.

  • Cost and sell price kept separate by role
  • Required heat kits and install parts added for you
  • Price updates flow to every open quote

Step 3 · Send

A quote the dealer can act on.

Send a clean, branded quote with ratings, rebate eligibility and a clear total. Track when it's opened and accepted.

  • Good / better / best options in one send
  • Open and acceptance tracking per dealer
  • Every quote logged for branch reporting

FAQ

Questions we hear first.

Where does the performance data come from?

From the manufacturer's certified matched-system ratings. Aeridian only shows combinations that carry a ratings match, along with SEER2, EER2, HSPF2, capacity and ENERGY STAR status.

Can dealers see our cost?

No. Cost and sell pricing are separated by role. Distributor staff see cost; dealers see the price you choose to quote.

How is Aeridian priced?

Per seat. Distributors license seats for their territory managers. Pilot pricing is available for early partners.

How long does setup take?

We load your price file and catalog, then onboard branches one at a time. Most of the work is on our side.
